Former NASCAR driver Dick Trickle died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, the incident which was notified by the same Trickle before shooting himself occurred on Thursday, May 16th, 2013 at approximately 12:02 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Boger City, North Carolina, He leaves behind his wife Darlene Trickle mother of his three children.

Mr. Trickle has been married to his loving wife Darlene for almost 53 years, they are the proud parents of three children. 50-year-old Tod Allen Trickle born on March 22, 1963, 41-year-old Chad Trickle born on March 03, 1972, and their eldest and only daughter 51-year-old Victoria Trickle, now Vicky Trickle Bowman, who once was her dad’s who was once her dad’s personal assistant.
69-year-old Darlene Carol Trickle was born Darlene McMahon on January 11, 1944, she got married to her childhood sweetheart Dick Trickle shortly after he graduated from High School in May 1961
