Meet Jacob Denhollander; the proud husband of Rachael Denhollander, this brave young woman was the first woman who came forward with her horrific story about the abuse she sustained by the convicted pervert, Larry Nassar. Rachael came forward with her accusations in September 2016, more than 150 women subsequently accused Nassar of abuse, including Olympic gymnasts, Simone Biles, Aly Raisman and Gabby Douglas; in addition to them, former gymnast Jordyn Wieber accused Nassar.
Nassar a former osteopathic physician for USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University received a sentence of 175 years behind bars.
His trial started and ended with Rachael Denhollander’s statement, followed by the words by Judge Rosemarie Aquilina.
“You made this happen,” Judge Rosemarie Aquilina told Denhollander about her role in bringing Nassar to justice. “You are the bravest person ever been in my courtroom.”

Jacob said his wife formerly known as Rachael Joy Moxon and born on December 8, 1994, to Camille and Paul Moxon, was then his girlfriend back in 2006 when she finally opened up about her story.
“She told me from the perspective of feeling that she is damaged goods, broken, and would I put up with that,” Jacob Denhollander said. “To me, that was one of the most heartbreaking things, to hear that had been her experience, and her perspective was, ‘I’m because of it. I’m damaged.”
Furthermore, Rachael found healing in Jacob and the family they now have consisting of their three incredible children; Jonathan, 6, Annaliese, 3, and Ellianna, 1.
Moreover, Jacob originally from Tappen, British Columbia, Canada; was 23, when he and Rachel then 24, tied the knot in September 2009. Nowadays, they live in Louisville, Kentucky.
