The first thing you need to know is that Christine A. Keys was born on December 10, 1962; she received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Marycrest International University, Davenport, Iowa, and her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University of Law, Chicago.

Christine Keys was in her third year of law school when she served with the Rock Island County State’s Attorney Office. Mrs. Keys is a member of the Scott County and Rock Island County bar associations.

She and her husband Richard David Keys, are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters; Sydney, 28, Madison, 22, Montana “Tana,” and Hunter.

Rick Keys,  received his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School; he initially worked as an assistant state attorney for the Rock Island County Illinois; subsequently became a partner of Nelson, Keys & Keys P.C, more recently became a partner at Keys Law Offices.

Mr. Keys was raised by a single mother, Bertha Marie Keys, of McKinney, Texas was 71 when she died on November 7, 2013. In addition to Rick, Mrs. Bertha had two more children; Lisa Keys-Blair and Fay Keys.
