Meet Liesbeth Pinas
Liesbeth Pinas is the wife of football manager and former player, Guus Hiddink. According to recent reports, her hubby is set to become Chelsea’s interim manager following the sacking of Jose Mourinho.
The former Netherlands boss is currently at a London hotel holding discussions with Blues officials, according to BBC.
The 69-year-old Dutchman already had one spell as Chelsea boss, winning the FA Cup in 2009.
Liesbeth’s hubby won six Dutch league titles and the European Cup across two spells as PSV Eindhoven manager.
He has also coached South Korea, Australia and Russia.
He took over at Stamford Bridge in February 2009, replacing Luiz Felipe Scolari, and shared the role with his job as Russia manager.Since then, he has endured unsuccessful spells as manager of Turkey, Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala and the Netherlands. In February 2007 Hiddink was given a six-month suspended jail sentence and fined €45,000 after being found guilty of tax evasion by a Dutch court.
According to the Telegraph, back in 2009, it was Liesbeth Pinas –who urged Hiddink not to leave Chelsea and remain in London having initially wanted him to turn down the job when it was offered, on a temporary basis, earlier that same year.

Reports say, Liesbeth Pinas loves living in the capital (London) but the former Real Madrid boss went back to coaching the Russia national team full-time in 2009.
In 2011 Hiddink was in charge of Turkey but Liesbeth Pinas kept pushing him to go to Chelsea. At the time he had promised to leave his post if they lost against Belgium because it meant they won’t be able to qualify for the Euro 2012 finals.
Now in present time, Liesbeth Pinas must be ecstatic she’s getting her wish of living in London again.
Liesbeth Pinas has been very supportive of her partner. She tags along with Hiddink and has been seen with him at a number of events. Guus Hiddink is the father of Michael and Mark Hiddink.
