Iina Kerkkänen
This formidable lady is Iina Kerkkänen; she is the pretty girlfriend of Finnish NHL player Urho Vaakanainen, the 6’11″Joensuu native plays defense for the Boston Bruins.
Prior to signing with the Bruins, Vaakanainen plays for several hockey clubs on Finland; like the Espoo Blues, JYP Jyvaskyla and SaiPa in 2017. A year earlier, Urho made his international debut for the Finnish U-18 National Team.
The Boston Bruins selected him in the 1st round (18th overall) in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft; he was assigned to the Bruins’ affiliate team the Providence Bruins in June 2018. Finally on November 21, 2018, made his NHL debut with the Boston Bruins against the Vancouver Canucks.
Urho’s stunning girlfriend Iina a personal fitness trainer also from Finland; she graduated from Fysiolone Academy of Finland (FAF) in 2018. She worked at a fitness trainer before founding her own in the autumn of 2018.
Ms. Kerkkanen said at first she wasn’t sure what to do when her friends were doing all sort of sports and she wasn’t; somehow she found herself in the gym and then muscular fitness training hit her pretty great.
“I only noticed a deeper and deeper interest in well-being, sports, the human body and how it works. Started studying, researching and collecting information on topics even then. I always wanted to understand and realize more.”
