Megan Perine
Meet Megan Perine; she is the gorgeous wife of NFL player Samaje Perine, a running back for the Denver Broncos. Before joining the Broncos, he played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Miami Dolphins, and the Washington Redskins, who drafted him during the NFL Draft in 2017; Perine played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners at the University of Oklahoma.

Meg and Perine tied the knot on June 23, 2017. They met in high school and started dating during their sophomore year at Hendrickson High.
Mrs. Perine studies finance at the University of Oklahoma, from where she expects to graduate in May 2018. She worked as an Equipment Manager at Oklahoma Sooners Soccer; before that, she worked at Primrose Schools.
Samaje and his wife Megan Perine have two adorable and amazing children, daughter Landyn Leigh Perine born on March 19, 2019, and their son Samajé “Major” Marquis Perine, Jr. born on February 11, 2021.
Samaje Perine NFL Career
- Megan’s stud was born on September 16, 1995, in Jackson, Alabama. He graduated from Hendrickson High School and subsequently attended Oklahoma.
- On April 29, 2017, The Washington Redskins drafted Perine in the fourth round (114th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft. He was the ninth running back selected that year.
- Perine signed a four-year contract with the Redskins worth $3.05 million on May 11, 2017.
- He joined a running back committee that included Chris Thompson, Robert Kelley, and Mack Brown.
- Starting September 17 against the Los Angeles Rams, Perine debuted with 21 rushes for 67 yards.
- Despite leading the team in carries, he was moved into a supporting role after collecting just 59 rushing yards total between Weeks 4–9.
- After injuries to Thompson and Kelley, Perine returned to the starting line-up in Week 9, performing well with 23 rushes for 117 yards and his first career rushing touchdown.
- His performance marked the first 100-yard rushing game for the Redskins of the season and he continued this success with 24 rushes for 100 yards against the New York Giants.
- Perine ended his rookie season with 603 rushing yards, one rushing touchdown, 22 receptions for 182 yards and a receiving touchdown.
- In the 2018 season, Perine had limited playtime due to new arrival Adrian Peterson, ending with eight carries for 32 yards in five games.
- Perine was waived by the Redskins on August 31, 2019.
- He was claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals on September 1, 2019, waived again on October 17, 2019, but re-signed to the team’s practice squad the following day.
- On December 24, 2019, Perine was signed by the Miami Dolphins off the Bengals practice squad, but was waived on April 26, 2020.
- Perine was claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals for a second stint on April 28, 2020.
- In the 2020 season, he scored his first touchdown since Week 11 of the 2017 season and finished with 63 rushes for 301 yards and three touchdowns.
- Perine re-signed on a two-year contract with the Bengals on March 24, 2021.
- In the 2021 season, he had a backup role to former Oklahoma teammate Joe Mixon, finishing with 55 carries for 246 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown.
- During the AFC Championship against the Kansas City Chiefs, Perine made a 41-yard touchdown reception from Joe Burrow, sparking a comeback victory.
- In the 2022 season, Perine backed up Mixon until Mixon sustained a concussion, at which point Perine filled in as starter for two weeks.
- He ended the 2022 season with 394 rushing yards, 2 rushing touchdowns, and a career-high 287 receiving yards and 4 receiving touchdowns.
- On March 16, 2023, Perine signed a two-year contract with the Denver Broncos.

On March 16, 2023, Perine signed a two-year, $7.5 million contract with the Denver Broncos. The deal included a $3 million signing bonus, a $3 million guarantee, and an annual salary of $3,750,000.
