Ida Björnstad
Check out Ida Björnstad; this spectacular Swedish sports reporter happens to be the beautiful girlfriend of NHL player Mattias Ekholm. Her man is a defenseman for the Nashville Predators. Ida Björnstad was born Ida Gunhilda Ilona Björnstad on April 15, 1986, (yes, she is a few years older than Mattias), in Storuman, in Vasterbotten, North of Sweden; she grew up in Stensele, a village outside Storuman.
Lulea to pursue her studies in media journalism; subsequently a year later, she got her first gig on a local radio show, Sveriges Radio Norrbotten.
However, she didn’t work there for long, after moving to Uppsala with a former boyfriend, she even considered quitting her career. Ida had a change of heart when she was unable to find a job at a grocery store called Willys, one of the many different jobs she has had over the period of time she spent away from her dreams.
Eventually, Björnstad found her way back and she that is how she became the news reporter and reporter on TV4. Before TV4, Ida worked SVT.
