Alejandra Baleato Marichal was at one point of her life the wife of the late MLB player Jose Fernandez. The young and talented pitcher for the Miami Marlins who unfortunately died in a boating accident in Miami on September 25, 2016.
At the time of his death, he was living with his pregnant girlfriend Maria Arias; in addition to her, Jose left behind his mother Maritza, grandmother Olga, and sister Yaenis.
