Rosenthal got married to former Lindsey Bowers, whom he wed in December, 2011 in Bristol, Tennessee. Their first kid, Chloe Elizabeth, was born on September 13, 2013. Lindsey, together with his parents, brother (Tanner), and agent, attended his first debut in MLB around July 18, 2012.
Currently the duo live in St. Louis together. Lindsey is a certificated nurse in neurology, she is a Christian, she loves daily verses, inspirational quotes, and Tim Tebow.
