Kristen Myers
Meet Kristen Myers; she is the lovely wife of NBA coach, Bob Myers. Her husband currently serves as the general manager of the Golden State Warriors.
Kristen’s husband was born March 31, 1975. The California native is a former sports agent with Wasserman Media Group.
Myers played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins from 1993 to 1997. He was a member of their 1995 NCAA championship team. He holds a degree in Business/Economics from UCLA and earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2002.
Myers initially joined the Warriors on April 14, 2011, as assistant general manager/vice president of basketball operations, after enjoying a highly successful 14-year stint as a representative to numerous NBA players.
Prior to joining the Warriors, Myers spent the previous five years at Wasserman Media Group (WMG) in Los Angeles. As managing executive at WMG, which is one of the largest global sports and entertainment companies in the world, Myers represented a client list of nearly 20 NBA players in their team and endorsement contracts.
During his first three seasons as general manager, Myers has assembled teams that have earned three-straight trips to the NBA Playoffs, marking the first time the Warriors earned three consecutive postseason berths since 1975-77.
Furthermore, named the 2014-15 NBA Executive of the Year for constructing a roster that won a franchise-record 67 regular-season games (67-15, .817) and won the 2015 NBA Championship – the team’s first title in 40 years.
Moreover, Kristen Myers is the mother of the couple’s two daughters, Kayla and Annabelle Myers. She met her husband through his younger sister, Kelly, who went to high school with her.
