Beachem who is a junior working on a marketing major enrolled in the Mendoza College of Business averaged 2.4 ppg. (64 points) in 8.5 mpg. (229 minutes) his first year in college, he finished his second year with 6.4 ppg. (109 points).

Mrs. Beachem who resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana is a logistics specialist at OmniSource Corporation; her husband Victor Eric Beachem, 53, he was born on January 4, 1963. They have been married since June 5, 1993.
