Meet Andrea Nonu
Andrea Nonu is the lovely wife of All Blacks Rugby player, Ma’a Nonu. Her 33-year-old hubby will be leaving his mark this Sunday in the Rugby World Cup final!
But what happens after Sunday? The New Zealander will be headed to Toulon. The father of three and 101 test All Black midfielder signed a two-year deal which will see him leave New Zealand’s shores following the World Cup.
Nicknamed “rock”, Nonu’s line-breaking ability and aggressive crash-ball running angles led to his emergence as one of the most effective inside-centres in the world game.
He is one of the seasoned campaigners of New Zealand rugby, Nonu is a Super Rugby centurion who made his provincial debut in 2002 and has also turned out for the Junior All Blacks and New Zealand Sevens.
Nonu made his All Blacks debut against England in 2003. The geniging of his career was plagued by health issues which forced him to little to none action in 2004-2007. It wasn’t until 2008, he retuned to help win the Tri-Nations, entering into the best form of his international career.
Andrea’s husband is known as one of the toughest marks in world rugby. In 2014 he broke his arm, following a long enforced rest he came back only to take his career to new heights. He earned nominations as both an IRB and New Zealand Player of the Year.
Andrea Nonu and her man have been together for a while. They are the proud parents of three adorable children. Andrea and Nonu ‘s two sons are Mercury and Michael. They welcomed third child earlier this year.
Not much is known about Andrea Nonu who seems to be super careful about her private life.
