Jeremy Bayon
Jeremy Bayon is the husband of former gymnast & USA Gymnastics coach Rhonda Faehn, who up until January 14, 2019, was the coach at the University of Michigan. Rhonda was the Women’s Program Director, USA Gymnastics; her decision to wait over a month to report Larry Nassar after she was told he was assaulting gymnasts cost her job at UM.
Rhonda was a student assistant at UCLA, her alma mater in 1992; subsequently worked at the University of Maryland, Nebraska and Florida.
Prior to all of that, Rhonda took the gold at the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis and the National Championships in Kansas City; then again at the National Championships in Houston in 1988.
Her French 43-year-old husband, Jeremy Bayon was born on December 1, 1975, in St. Etienne, France. He was a four-year letterman for Mississippi State, before becoming an assistant coach for Florida Gators Men’s Tennis program under coach Andy Jackson. He holds a bachelor of Business and Administrations degree from Mississippi State, where he also was an assistant coach at.
Bayon also was the head coach at JETA Tennis Academy, Gainesville Florida from 2012 to 2015, subsequently joined the Butler’s Women’s tennis coaching staff in 2015.
Rhonda and Jeremy tied the knot in the summer of 2006. They lived in Indianapolis, IN with their two sons Isaiah Freedom (b. Nov. 24, 2010) and Noah Emile (b. Jan. 8, 2008).
